Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to RitmoAcademy™! By participating in the Refer-a-Friend Program (“Program”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. This Program is designed to reward users who refer friends to our platform under the conditions outlined below.

As a participant (a “Referrer”), you are also bound by RitmoAcademy™’s general Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreements. For questions, contact us at support@ritmoacademy.com.

1. Qualified Referrals

A “Qualified Referral” is defined as a successful purchase made by a referred individual (“Referred Customer”) on the RitmoAcademy™ website. For the referral to be considered qualified:

• The Referred Customer must arrive at the website via your unique referral link.
• The Referred Customer must complete an order of at least €40 (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).
• Only the first purchase by a Referred Customer will qualify. Additional purchases made by the same Referred Customer will not count as additional referrals.

2. Referred Customer

The Referred Customer must be a new user of RitmoAcademy™. They cannot be an existing or previous customer or have an account already registered with RitmoAcademy™. The Referrer and the Referred Customer cannot be the same person (e.g., using different email addresses).

3. Referral Rewards

To earn referral rewards, the Referred Customer must complete a Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a transaction where the total value exceeds €40 after deducting applicable fees such as taxes, discounts, and shipping costs.

4. Reward Credits

Referrers will receive a €10 credit for each Qualified Referral. Reward Credits:

• Are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and non-refundable.
• Expire if not used within one calendar year of being issued.
• Are capped at €500 per Referrer per calendar year.
• Will not be issued if your account is closed before the Referred Customer completes a Qualified Referral or if the referral is deemed fraudulent or canceled.

5. Eligibility

The Refer-a-Friend Program is open to individuals only. Businesses, partnerships, and organizations are not eligible to participate.

6. Prohibited Activities

Participants agree not to engage in any activities that violate these Terms or applicable laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Sending spam or bulk unsolicited emails containing your referral link.
• Creating fake accounts or misrepresenting the Program to others.
• Using offensive or defamatory content in connection with the Program.
• Selling or distributing RitmoAcademy™ content or referral links without prior consent from RitmoAcademy™.

7. Right to Close Accounts

RitmoAcademy™ reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts of participants who are found to violate these Terms or abuse the Refer-a-Friend Program. In such cases:

• All pending rewards will be forfeited.
• Participants may be held liable for any misuse or fraudulent activities.

8. Changes to the Program

RitmoAcademy™ reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer-a-Friend Program at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes through email or on the website.

Any unclaimed rewards will be forfeited upon termination of the Program.
